Hey PCMR, I was hoping to get some eyes on this PC I received as a gift from my family.
I have only had my real experience with PC gaming for the first time this week thanks to the Overwatch beta (which was amazing) but I had mentioned a few times to my family that I was saving money for my own build. It is something I had been interested in for a long time after seeing some incredible builds online while I was just getting by on a barely functioning laptop. My family instead decided to very generously get me something prebuilt since my birthday was right around the corner.
Ive been using it for about a week and it seems to handle just fine. The few games I've tried on it seem to default to mid/low settings (which on its own its an improvement over anything I had before), but are there any obvious upgrades that you guys would consider if I wanted to make this last and get the most out of its potential?
Edit: Thanks for all the feedback, pcmr. Seems like the PSU and GPU are the must-upgrade components. Hopefully I'll shake off the (self-imposed) "Transitioning Peasant" flair soon.
