Full hard drive crashed, now showing "New Volume"

Hello Everyone, I was wondering if I could get some help. My storage drive with ALL my steam games, as well as personal items was almost full a couple days ago, but now it it empty. only showing "new volume" in disk management. I have tried several different file recovery softwares, but they find nothing, even with deep scan. "recuve pandora, advanced" I have Hirens boot CD does anyone know which tool to use there? or any other tool for that matter?
