A few monitor questions, including on OCing.

My secondary 1280x1024 Dell monitor (1704FPV) is capable of running at 75Hz with a change in the drop-down menu. Is there any benefit considering it's not my primary screen and will it interfere with things like YT playback?
My primary monitor (VA2037-A) is 1600x900 and 60Hz, but seems to run quite cool. Could I potentially get it to run at a higher clock? It doesn't provide one in the Windows dropdown menu. I'm somewhat afraid of nuking it.
