Why is my Core #0 always hotter than the rest?

Post Body

Recently built a PC for my girlfriend, and at idle, core 0 is always about 6c hotter than the rest on average. Her processor is a 5820K.

Just ran it through prime95, and now core 0, 2, 4 are the hottest all hitting average of 40c while the rest sit at 27c average.

I know these are already low temperatures, but I wanted to know if this is because of thermal paste, etc.
