Windows 10 from school

I'm going to get a new build but simply can't afford $125 for Windows 10 and I just recieved an email of my school that I can get an Windows 10 Education copy for free. (I can downgrade it to Pro/Home)
Anways, I have my legitimate Windows 10 key if I need it and I was wondering, could I burn the things I get on a CD and put that on my new system?
