So last Christmas, as a gift to myself (because of all the sales) I happily ascended from my previous mouse to a Razer Mamba 2012. Its been less then a year and up till today it has been perfect! But all of a sudden when I was playing League of Legends, my mouse's battery back suddenly popped off. Literally, flew off from the mouse! I was confused but when looking at it, I was disgusted. It was all bulged up, fat! I was looking into if my mouse was under Razer's warranty since I have only had the mouse for about 7 months now but the site requires the products S/N.....which is under the battery.....which is literally stuck! I tried lifting the battery out but it is really (almost seems permanently) stuck in there! I can't remove the battery or put the case back on! It also seems like im not the only one to come across this problem. I'm pretty disappointed at Razer for how they make such a good mouse but screw up something as important as the battery. I don't really know what to do now since I can't reach my S/N. I do however still have my receipt from the purchase! Can anyone help a fellow PCMR'er out? Here's a pic of the damage
