GTX 980ti or AMD R9 Fury X?

Im planning on getting one or the other around the August month. originally i was much excite on getting the 980ti but with the release of the Fury, I'm not sure wether to stick with my Radeon roots (currently on a R9 290x) or experience the joys of Nvidia. although, I guess living in the Middle East, Specifically Qatar where it gets pretty dusty and the presence of PCMR are close to non-existant, may affect that decision
