Wanting to upgrade laptop/find out Whats wrong with it.

This is my laptop it used to run most games at 180-240 fps mostly 240 though now it barely runs 80-120, anyone know the reason? Also If i were to upgrade the ram to 32gb and the storage to 1tb would that help it run games smoother or does it depend on the graphics card?
