So I haven't had a pc or gamed beyond my switch in the last decade, and not much either.

Got divorced, so I find myself with time and money. I'm also saving a lot, turns out my ex wasted a lot of our money.

I plan to work my way through the best games of the last decade and play some roguelikes I wanted to play, but aren't on the Switch.

I want something that can handle that, but I also don't want it to be unable to play the newest games coming out in 5 years later, I don't need graphics on highest setting, but I want it to look smooth and have good FPS(i don't want to dip under 60)

Will probably get an OLED monitor, most likely the Samsung odyssey. If that makes a difference.

I could probably build one, but it sounds like a chunk of work and frustration, and I work a lot of hours. So I'd prefer to just buy a finished build.

I can justify throwing about 7K top into this, 3-5 is more ideal. But if I need to spend more to have something that stays relevant for a little while, so be it.

Any reccomendations on what specs to look for, or any builds you might reccomend would be really appreciated.

Also open to any game reccomendations from the last decade.
