I have a high end gaming PC with 7800x3d 4090. It boots usually within 5-10 seconds into windows.
But every now and then, approx. every 10-20th startup, the PC just turns on, the fans turn on loudly, and it shows no image as if it failed to boot. After a 1-3 minutes in this state, the PC then boots as it should. My RAM Clock speeds which are set to 6200 MHz stay the same always, so this problem is not caused by booting into an unstable overclock. Everything else runs stock at boot. Afterburner only kicks after booting into windows and the only thing I did there was limiting power draw to 75%.
Do you have any idea what causes this strange behavior? When I turn off my PC, I don't pull the power plug or anything like that. Just turning off using Win 11 UI.
