Should I upgrade to AM5 from AM4?

So right now I have a R5 5600X on a Gigabyte Aorus B550i, 3200Mhz CL16 corsair ram and a Zotac 3070Ti. I dont have enough to upgrade the GPU. But enough to get a R5 7600X, Gigabyte B650 Aorus Elite, 6000Mhz CL36 ram. Is it worth the upgrade? I am also thinking to upgrade because I am dying to get an ATX pc, right now i have mini ITX, and the Cooler Master NR 200P which gets dusty due to negetive pressure and its a hassle to clean. So should I do the upgrade or hold off some time more?
