Need help and advice on how to connect hdmi arc to non hdmi port

So I was recently gifted a Sony sa-wct150 as well as the soundbar. I would like to use it on my pc setup. After doing some research I kept finding conflicting answers none of which solved my problems. I have a 4090 and I tried using the hdmi port which was not recognized by my computer and I tried using the hdmi port on my monitor which was also not recognized. The red, green and white ports connect to the soundbar but the connections come from the subwoofer. What can I do to make it work?
