New gpu behaving strangely
Post Body

Hi everyone I'm in need of some help with my pc

So I brought my first gpu, a RX 6800 XT and I installed it on my pc. it booted but the resolution was all messed (800x600) because there was no drivers besides the ones that came with windows. I downloaded the latest drivers from amd and installed them, it solved the resolution going back to 1366x768 but now I can't open anything that ain't on my desktop and now the fans suddenly stopped and I don't think is my psu The gpu is used and I can ask for a refund if needed, but should I or is can I solve it? I really don't know what to do now
