My PC boots but the GPU fans don’t Spin and nothing on the monitors

I airdusted my PC the other day and when I plugged everything back in, it boots up but no signal on the monitors. Everything was working fine before and i’ve checked and double checked to make sure everything is plugged in correctly and i’m just at a loss at the moment. Starting to think it’s my graphics card (3060ti) being faulty but any other ideas are appreciated, thank you!
