Having a problem with my storage disk and my computer can’t fix it

A few weeks ago this randomly showed up after I booted up my PC, hadn’t been having any issues. It did what I show in the video, where it won’t fix anything at all. I shut off my PC to stop this, and the few weeks since I’ve been having random issues with my computer. Today, I had another problem and checked my event log, and it said there was an issue with my hard disk. I looked up a fix, and ran a prompt in the command center to detect and fix the issue with my disk. The video attached is what happened again. What should I do?
