Could it be worth it to upgrade my motherboard just to upgrade to better storage?

Heya, i'm looking for some opinions on my situation. I have recently bought a pc with an MSI A320M-A PRO motherboard, ryzen 5 3600, RX 5700 XT, 16 gb of ddr4 RAM, 240 gb SSD and 1 tb HDD. The 240 gb ssd isnt big enough for windows and all of the games i play, so i had to download them to the HDD. That part was already very slow, but now i'm getting a bit irritated at how long it takes for the games to load. Would it be worth it to get a new motherboard which supports an M.2 SSD or would buying a new SATA SSD be enough? Thanks for any input.
