How do i overclock ram on laptop

i have an HP pavillion with ryzen 5 5600h, i just got a corsair vengance 32gb kit 3000mhz CL18 but it runs at 2667mhz, i tried to use the bios to fix it but it did not work.
can someone tell me any overclocking software to make it 3000mhz, i tried msi afterburner but it didnt work
