Nvidia Image Scaling Question?

Post Body
Ok so I've had a LG850 Nano IPS monitor for 2 years or so. I was wondering if I should change my nvidia image scale ratio should I just leave at fullscreen or is aspect ratio ok? I hear a lot of people say use no image scaling but I can't run 1440p with a 2060 super well enough. So I mainly use 1080p still. What would be the better option in these?
