PC Suggestion for a friend who needs a gaming rig

My friend is looking to buy a PC for his first time. He wants a gaming rig and I suggested a 4070 (ti or super), with a decent AMD Ryzen CPU, a 2GB SSD, and that's the only mandatory things. He also isn't tech suavy so he wants one that comes with Windows IF POSSIBLE (I know installing Windows isn't hard to us but he's literally never had a computer). I've built my PC, so I don't know any pre-built brand that are good. Any suggestions?
