Which PSU would you choose?

So I'm looking to buy the PSU this month then grab the rest next month, the reason being I need to pop it in my server to plug in more drives on a temp basis until I migrate it away, but ultimately be used for my new build.

System spec wise, at the moment I'm learning towards a Ryzen 9 AM4 build or Ryzen 7 AM5 build along with the 7800XT unless I can get that 7900 GRE at a decent price.

These are the PSU's I'm considering:

Seasonic Focus Gold GX 750W £85
Be Quiet Pure Power 12m 750W Gold £100
Thermaltake Toughpower GF3 750W Gold £110

All are fully modular, and PC Partpicker is showing about 520w with a Ryzen 9 AM5 and 7900XT card just to ensure I have wiggle room.
