PC (recently built) AMD Ryzen 7 7700x Gigabyte RTX 4070 super 32gb Corsair vengeance DDR5 RAM WD Black 2tb SSD ASUS Tuff b650wifi mobo NZXT Kraken 240 AIO

So I built this PC about 2 weeks ago. I was playing Helldivers and it would crash almost every time but only like 10-15 minutes in. So, I'd basically almost be done a mission and... Crash back to desktop.

It's not only HD2 either. Had issues running warzone as well. My buddy pointed out that I had 6000mhz RAM with DOCP turned on and my 7700x was only technically rated for 5200 mhz. So... Is this a fault of the CPU or the RAM? I know sometimes you can OC up to 6000 mhz. Did I just get unlucky in the silicone lottery? I did dial the DOCP back to 5200mhz and things ran much smoother. Just looking for suggestions on how to get peak performance out of my system.
