Iām trying to update an old windows 7 system to windows 10, so I am watching a video on how to do that, he said to download google chrome so I go to do that and have the chrome setup icon on my main screen every time I click on it and run as administrator and say yes to it allowing changes to system and this prompt pops up for a split second and disappears and nothing happens.
