Hey everyone. I was looking around PCs for fun and noticed that a lot weaker builds are getting more for on games than I am. I run all games in full screen.

Games such as apex I’m only getting about 100 fps on max setting. I have an: i5 11600k EVGA RTX 2080 Super FTW 3 Ultra 64 GB DDR4 3000mhx Ram 950W PSU

Water Cooling and Fan Cooling combination I’m using WD Blue SSDs to store these games

Only getting: 100 fps for on apex with max setting (Stutters) 50 fps on Fortnite (Ray Tracing) or 90 fps (W/O RT Medium Settings) 70 on the finals with max settings

I have to play a lot of games on low setting to have no stutter. I watched the performance monitor and it says it’s using 95% of the gpu and 45% of cpu for all games mentioned above. Whats wrong here?
