Can I install 16+16gb RAM to my current 8+8 RAM?

Hey guys, I have 4 slots of ram on my PC, I currently have 2 matching sticks of 16 gb (8 8) and I plan to upgrade my ram soon. I'm planning to get matching 16 16gb sticks from the same brand and same product line (GSKill Ripjaws V DDR4), I was wondering whether this would cause complications because I'd be installing a 16 16 instead of another 8 8.
