Pc Not turning on when at home?

I’ve just built a brand new pc (see pictures) and it won’t turn on at all.
Replaced the PSU, still won’t turn on.
Took it to someone, who took all the cables out, and put them back in, and charged me £150 (way too much ffs), and it worked in the shop!
Yes as soon as I bought the pc back home, it refuses to turn on, the PSU fan does spin, but there’s no power going to the motherboard.
Can anyone help me? I genuinely feel heartbroken
