What could be causing this ?

I get this on my screen occasionally.
Sometimes in a game, but more often than not, I get it watching YouTube or other videos content on my PC.
Any idea what could be causing this ?
I'm leaning towards my GPU .. I have a 3060 eagle from gigabyte so it's not crazy old.
Any thoughts ?
