How to make Pc turn on automatically when plugged to power?

I don't know if this is possible, but I wanted to make my Pc turn on when it receives power. Because I use stream programs like Parsec and Moonlight when I'm away from my Pc, but I don't want to let it turned on 24/7. There is a way to do that?
Edit: I found the solution, there is an option in the BIOS to do that, something like Power On After Power Failure.
