Hey everyone so as the title says my CPU is jumping to 100% but for the simplest tasks like running my wallpaper. It started last night. I had cyberpunk running and left the room for a bit. I came back to the game crash message up and my second monitor not displaying anything. Now everything is slow and the CPU is pushing itself to max for everything. I have a ryzen 7800x3d for reference. I've also disassembled to check the CPU itself nothing looks wrong. So the question is what could be wrong and making my CPU struggle just to run a wallpaper?
