Pre-built or Custom
Post Body

So im debating whether to get a pre-built or custom built PC and I'll lay out some context. I grew up around PC's thanks to my dad who owns a tech support business. I used to have a gaming PC that I built myself with his help but I sadly had to sell it. I'm fully capable of building a PC myself but finding the parts and compatability seems like a rabbit hole with the tons and tons of options. I'm considering pre-built because I have the Best Buy credit card and they're offering 2 year financing on purchases above 700 I think. I'm not sure if I can find all the parts I need at Best Buy for a custom build so I figured of the pre-built gets the job done why not right?

I will be using it for gaming, nothing crazy like 4k. But I also want to break into software development. Can anyone recommend a good pre-built? Or if custom built is better do you think I can get all the parts at Best Buy?

Please don't hate on my store selection I'm trying to save money and finance. Also budget is around 1500.
