Hello everyone,
You are my last hope :)
I've built a pc and since the beginning I'm experiencing a few issues with keyboard and mouse : when I move mouse, it sometimes stop for 2 or 3 sec then the cursor move to where it was supposed to go(idk how to describe it).
Same for the mouse : if I keep a key pressed for a few seconds, it will take a few seconds till it detects I'm not pressing on it anymore. That's making games literally unplayable.
The issue occurs both in games and while working.
For the hardware I have : Motherboard : NZXT N7 B550 (last version of the Bios) CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 5700G GPU : Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060Ti
The keyboard are both Roccat, but I've tried with different ones and still same issue.
I've tried both Windows 10 and 11, all updates installed.
I've tried different usb ports. I changed the PSU already (for another reason)
I've noticed it's way worse if I install AMD Chipset drivers or any AMD related software.
No problem when I'm playing with a Bluetooth controller though.
If anyone have an idea...
Edit : I have USB-C ports, I have an USB 3 adaptator and when I plug keyboard on USB C it works fine
