Monitor osd lock not unlocking helppp

So i got a iiyama G-MASTER GB2760QSU-B1, it i havnt been able to play on my pc yet cause the mofo cpu (2 in fact) died. So just waiting on refund, but i tried the monitor on the old fanily pc and it looks banging but only thr dhdmi cable works not hdmi. The lil d shaped one. Ignoring that, iv tried following the manual online and still the osd is on. Id rather not return the thing so i guess i could live with ut but still
