PC build - comments and feedback please

For gaming, 3D CAD, VR and general debasement.
Previous build is 8 years old and time to retire it.
Notwithstanding some additional storage and a GPU refresh in the future I'd like to get similar mileage.
Edit: Thanks for all the feedback on this, it has been very useful.
I'm going to make some changes to the build:
- CPU to an AMD 7800x3D
- cheaper T2 storage
- 3.0 ATX power supply
- ditch the extra case fans
- faster RAM
I'll do another post once I'm ready.
