I just completed a new build of a high end system. System specs at the end. The first day it ran pretty well, maybe only a couple of crashes. In the few days since, the number of crashes has dramatically increased. I'm not OC, other than I set the MB to match my DDR5 6000 memory. Every driver has been updated. Latest BIOS was flashed prior to installing Windows. I ran the memory check tool included in Windows 11 - "MDSCHED. It came back and said my Ram is bad. I just installed two more brand new Ram sticks - same manufacturer, speed, and size. Ran the Mdsched again and got the same results. Seems unlikely I would have not one pair, but two pairs of Ram that are bad when they came from brand new unopened packages. Could it be a bad MB causing these errors? Is there something else I can check or try? CPU, GPU temps all have maxxed out at no more than about 50 degrees C. Ram is mounted in slots A2 and B2 as stated in the MB manual.
Specs as follows:
X670e Asrock PG Lightning MB
AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D CPU
Corsair RM850x SHIFT Fully Modular ATX Power Supply
MSI MAG CoreLiquid 240R V2 - AIO ARGB CPU Liquid Cooler
CORSAIR VENGEANCE RGB DDR5 RAM 32GB (2x16GB) 6000MHz CL36 (auto recognized by the MB for appropriate memory settings)
PowerColor Hellhound AMD Radeon RX 7900 XTX Graphics Card
Crucial T700 2TB Gen5 NVMe M.2 SSD with heatsink
Crucial P5 Plus 2TB Gen4 NVMe M.2 SSD with heat sink
AX210 WiFi 6E Card M.2 NGFF Mini Desktop kit Adapter
OS is Windows 11 Pro.
Only other things installed in the system is a BluRay optical disk drive and an USB front panel.
This is my first new computer in about 15 years, so I'm kind of out of the loop with the new technology. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated!
