Good evening everyone so my pc sounds really really loud I live in Amarillo Texas and it’s always dusty here so I clean my pc but still sounds the same. Is there a way to clean it better and not sound like that.
Also is there a place I could take it too and they could check on it and maybe tell me what parts I should upgrade. And if they could clean it and rebuild my pc
