Need some help with a complicated partition issue that I am having

Post Body

Hello! So I have 2 NVME's installed into my computer, a 1tb boot drive and a 2tb secondary drive. In my 2tb secondary drive I have 1tb allocated and 1tb unallocated. When I open disk manager to extend the partition, I am given an error that says "There is not enough space on this drive to complete this operation." I figured it might be because of my recovery partition, so I opened cmd as administrator and tried to delete the recovery partition using disk part and it told me that my device doesnt allow this action. I'm at a loss and have no idea how to solve this issue, any help would be very much appreciated.
