Friend bought prebuild pc

Hello all,
A friend of mine bought a prebuild pc with the following specs:
Cpu: i5 12400f Motherboard: msi pro h610m Ram: raider gaming 16gb ddr4 Gpu: nvidia rtx3060 8gb Psu 600w raider pro gaming
Now he got an issue where his monitor says" no signal" he tried hdmi and the vga on the intergrated card and he tried the hdmi on the rtx all gave the no signal issue.
He doesnt have a display port cable. Does someone know the issue?
