So this popped up on my computer after I restarted it. Was stuck on it for 5 hours. So I hard rebooted. Then I canceled the "disk checking" after it gave me a timed 10 second prompt. Afterwards my computer loaded up normally.

What do I do now? Is this something I should be worried about? I'm not too computer savvy and I'm in school rn and it will be hard for my brain to learn this while learning med school stuff x_x

Update: turns out one of my SSD drives was busted. I took it out and everything works fine now.
