My Xbox game pass app will not let me download any new games. No issues running previously installed games. So when I hit install I instantly get an error code 0x00000001 or 0x00000000. I went to the Microsoft store since when you download a game on game pass it downloads through the Microsoft store as well. On the Microsoft store it shows me that Xbox game services is trying to download as well but with the same error code. So I’ve done all the troubleshooting I can. I’ve updated windows, uninstalled both Xbox game pass and the Microsoft store, confirmed accurate payment information, run all the codes on windows powershell. I even waited on hold for an hour for Microsoft support for them to use a remote access feature, not solve my issue, give up and transfer me to a department that was closed. My only troubleshoot option I haven’t tried yet is a full windows reinstall which I’m trying to avoid. Help me please! I just want to game with the bros.
