I'm having issues running modded Minecraft, any ideas on how I can run it better?

Hi, my friends and I are playing a modded server and when I went to test how everything ran my frames dropped and I'm only running at about 15-20 frames. I updated my drivers and lowered my settings to the lowest point and still no improvement. There are 106 mods on the server but I can run something like Skyrim with around the same amount of mods and be completely fine. I've also checked to see if my parts are capping out and none of them are, with the GPU hitting its max around 60%-70%.My specs are as follows

GPU: AMD Radeon 580x

CPU: Ryzen 5 1600 6-core processor

RAM: 16gb
