Hi, I've been dealing with this issue for approximately 4 months now. I'm not sure how or why it started but basically some websites do not load content properly and I can't figure out why. I'm primarily using microsoft edge.

The primary website I'm having trouble with is Vanguard. I've put two pictures in this imgur link, but basically the home page loads fine, but the log in page loads as a html, and doesn't allow me to log in with none of the clickable links working.

Other websites that don't work include some online retail stores, with content either showing us unavailable or links not working. I've verified that it's a computer issue by looking at those same pages on my laptop where they work as intended.

I've cleared cookies and used different browsers with the same issues persisting. Unsure if anyone has dealt with anything similar but any help would be appreciated.
