Computer restarts every time I try to overclock my RAM and doesn’t reboot properly

I have a Corsair Vengeance LXP 32gb (2x16) 3200 MHz but it’s sitting at its base clock of 2133 MHz. My setup is: Cougar Challenger case ASUS rog strix x470-f Amd ryzen 7 3700x w/ Wrath Prism Corsair Vengeance LCP 32gb (2x16) 3200 MHz MSI GeForce GTX 1660 Super EVGA BR 500w 80 Bronze Seagate Barracuda 2tb Hard drive Seagate Barracuda 120 500gb SSD 3 120mm fans
