Basically, my PC is downloading for like, 1 second, then dropping to 0 download speed, and after a few second i get 1 more download tick, and back to 0. Why is this happening?

I just build myself a new pc for Christmas, parts are all fine (probably), only old thing are my drives (i keep most stuff on a drive other then C so whenever i swap pcs i don't lose anything.

Anyway, parts might be fine, but i'm no expert on drivers and stuff. i downloaded some random windows 11 internet driver, and installed it, and from there just let windows update takeover. But obviously, that didn't give me a GPU driver oso i went and got nvdia's app thing and got the latest graphics driver myself. Presumably, i'm also missing some internet drivers, or something, and it's causing this. Or maybe not! I'm no expert.

Anyway, drivers or something else, anyone have any ideas on this?

Before the new PC my download times were much better, presumably because my download keeps going to fucking 0 after 1 download tick. Also this affects *all* steam games, and yes i tried changing the server connection.
