I worked for a now defunct covid era pop up company and when they shutdown let me keep my laptop.
However they didn’t unlock any of the machines or give bitlocker keys
I actually never used the machine after the job ended and recently have a use for it
I’m fairly technical just not an avid windows user I can’t seem to be able to just reformat the drive and freshly install a new windows key.
Are there any guides out there to accomplish this?
Or am i over thinking this and it’s very simple?
I also have a personal gaming Pc desktop
I don’t want to have to buy a new hard drive the pc is worth like $300 new
