Build Specifications: - CPU: Ryzen 7 5800X - Motherboard: Gigabyte B550I AORUS PRO AX - RAM: Crucial Pro 64GB (2x32GB) - GPU: Gigabyte Ventus 3X OC 4070 - Power Supply: Corsair RM850 (2019)

Issues: - PC won't POST. - Unable to access BIOS. - PC won't turn off properly.

Troubleshooting Steps Taken: 1. Replaced motherboard and CPU. 2. Verified power supply functionality with eGPU. 3. Ensured all components are properly seated and connected. 4. Tested with minimal components (CPU, one stick of RAM, GPU).

Despite these efforts, the issue persists. Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
