Acer LCD monitor suddenly started doing this while I was using it (more info below)

It also does this sort of "grainy" effect that's especially noticeable on a brighter background. I tried to record it but it's not translating properly with my potato phone camera. My monitor is probably around five ish years? I'm not entirely sure its age. It's an Acer LCD monitor. Is it done? Is there anything I can do to fix it? TIA PS I wasn't sure what flair to put, my apologies if it's wrong
