Im having constant frame drops and sutters when playing games.

My setup is 10700k i7 and 3070 founders edition and im runing on a 3440×1440p 165 hz monitor (im only runing 144). I looked at bottle neck callculator and my setup shouldnt bottle neck, idk what to do if I need to upgrade my cpu and motherboard. My storage devices are not full either that shouldnt be the issues. Im on the latest Nvidia drivers and honestly I only saw this performance drop after I updated it a few days ago from when this post was written.

I also have resources left for the game to use. I average at about 50% cpu and 50% gpu when my frames start to drop from 144 to 90. I have resources left and the priority is set to high. I tried a lot of things online and honestly don't know what to do. The games I play when this issue started are overwatch and genshin (don't ask why)
