I bought a nice gaming computer a couple weeks ago (7900X, 4080, 32gb DDR6X, liquid cooled, etc) and so far I absolutely LOVE the thing. It runs all games I have tried at max settings with not even a hiccup.
My question - I have two 4k screens for work (WFH) and I want to put this computer onto them when I'm not working. I have it on one right now... I have the one to three or whatever it is called, but no idea how that works. I'm not super knowledgeable about PC set ups these days. I'm using an HDMI 2.1 for that. I have looked online and having a hard time finding a splitter that's reasonably priced that will do dual 4k 60Hz and up. The one I have for work can do one in 4k but the other must be 1080p so I have them both running 1080p.
So what's this one to three port display thing and how does that work? How can I get the thing running on both screens without spending like $300? The splitters I have seen that do two separate screens instead of mirroring are stupid expensive and bulky.
I guess how I should phrase it... How do you have your PC hooked up to two screens in 4k 60hz ? The screens go up to 120hz.
Thank you!
