Not sure which tag to use because I don’t know if it’s software or hardware related.
I built my pc around 6 months ago and it’s been doing this ever since I built it. Don’t know if this is normal behavior or not. After putting into sleep mode, the computer turns back on after about 10 minutes but only for a quick second then turns back off. It doesn’t turn my monitor back on when it does it. Fans spin and LEDs come on when it does it.
I thought it could be my network (ethernet) causing it, but it happens at the same time after every time I put the computer to sleep, and also it doesn’t come fully awake as it turns back off. So that doesn’t make sense.
I disabled mouse and keyboard from being able to wake the computer also. The only way for me to wake it up is by pressing the power button.
I’m really confused why it does this and if it’s supposed to do this?
OS: windows 11 Motherboard: MSI Z790 Edge GPU: 4070 (does it with different GPUs) CPU: 13700k PSU: EVGA supernova p2 1000w (from my previous build, I don’t remember my old pc doing this but I don’t really remember 100%)
Anyone have any idea why this happens?
