My computer keeps “Waking up”

Every night before bed I put my PC to “sleep” and I have for years. But in the last month it has been “waking up” sometime after I go to bed. It only goes to the sign in screen, but the case RGB turns on and the fans, GPU, ect. What or why could this be happening.
