Motherboard: MSI B450 TOMAHAWK MAX II

The ez debug light sits on boot. The pc will boot just fine after using ctrl alt del, or a hard shutdown. I've already tried resetting the cmos to no avail. I've yet to do anything with my ram, though I'm planning on trying it with only one stick, and with both sticks in a different slot. The sticks are currently in the A1 and B1 slots. When it attempts to boot, the fans and lights all turn on like normal, and the keyboard caps and num locks are responsive.

This is the first computer I've ever built, so maybe it's possible there may be issues only arising now after about a year. I'm no expert though, and I'm still learning some things, so I don't know everything I could try.
